Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If it’s not right, you have 30 days to return it.

Returns (30 days)

You may request a return for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, email us at: service@bareminimumsociety.store

Include:

  • Order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items with obvious wear, damage (not caused in transit), or heavy odors may be refused

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the refund

Return shipping

Return shipping is free for eligible returns within our 30-day return window. A prepaid return label is provided.

Return labels are provided through our fulfillment partner once your return request is approved. Please email us at service@bareminimumsociety.store with your order number to start a return.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, contact us within 30 days. We’ll help you exchange (subject to availability).

Cancelations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production or shipping has already started, we may not be able to cancel.
